Our projects are a mixture of housing, commercial, civil engineering, maintenance, residential and restoration works.
Our capable workforce consist of highly skilled and very experienced people who have worked for us for many years.
This means that the challenges we tend to face in projects today are usually similar to one's we've already overcome. The experiences that we've learnt from over the years also means we've become very good at anticipating problems!

All our site staff at TCSL are very experienced City & Guilds qualified tradespeople. Our office staff, include qualified Contracts Managers, Site Managers and Estimators. Ultimately our ethos is that we are here to serve our clients and we work very hard to reassure them that in all aspects of their projects we really do have their best interests at heart.
Indeed we are very proud to have created a company which above everything else has invested in the engineering capabilities of its workforce. THE TCSL SAFETY DECK
Total Construction & Scaffolding: Always Putting Safety First
At TCSL we are committed to protecting our contractors and their work. By using our safety deck, it allows us to do both.
It’s an ingenious, temporary, full working surface that allows workers to move freely, without obstruction, while installing roof trusses, joists, flooring systems and more.
It is a working platform not a crash deck and has the same load capacity as a general purpose scaffold.

We take the training of our workforce very seriously, because our key aim of providing valued engineering simply wouldn't exist without a comprehensive training programme to fundamentally support it.
For example, it takes in the region of five years for our workforce to complete all the CIRS training on scaffolding and construction.
We invest and commit significant resources in our workforce, and in doing so we create the best teams we possibly can for your projects.
